Un lugar quitado de bulla que, pese a la f\u00e9rrea competencia del sector, ha ganado reconocimiento por su variada carta, ambiente y apertura.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se trata de un espacio ideal para el encuentro y la distensi\u00f3n que, bellamente decorado con motivos y alusiones a Ernest Hemingway, nos invita a disfrutar de nuestro tiempo libre en compa\u00f1\u00eda de buena comida, bebida y conversaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y si bien a veces alberga espect\u00e1culos musicales de diversos estilos, uno de sus principales atractivos, la mayor parte del tiempo se siente como un bar de barrio. Ese que te apa\u00f1a cuando s\u00f3lo necesitas un respiro tras un d\u00eda ajetreado. Por eso disfrut\u00e9 mi improvisada visita, que se produjo de pura casualidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquel caluroso d\u00eda, lo primero que me hizo sonre\u00edr fue su m\u00e1s que decente oferta de cervezas, mucho m\u00e1s completa que la de sus vecinos. Destacan variedades de Jester, Coda y Tamango, tres top\u00edsimas artesanales nacionales que siempre da gusto encontrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dos pintas de Cortacorriente ($6.800 c\/u) fueron suficientes para calmar la sed mientras disfrutaba de mi Laddy Brett ($7.900), hamburguesa de cerdo con coleslaw, cheddar, pepinillos y salsa BBQ. Bien sabrosa y en su justa medida. Eso s\u00ed, las papitas, aunque crujientes, no eran caseras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cocteler\u00eda de autor es uno de sus fuertes, pero admito que, en esa oportunidad, no ca\u00ed en la tentaci\u00f3n. Tendr\u00e1 que ser en una futura visita, donde espero encontrar la misma calidad&nbsp; y servicio que me llev\u00f3 a rese\u00f1arlo.
