Me gustan todas. Grandes, chicas, caseras, artesanales, a la parrilla, a la plancha, en fin. Todas. Y, obviamente, la fuerte irrupci\u00f3n en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os de las smash burgers no me dej\u00f3 indiferente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lo largo de estos a\u00f1os, ha sido bac\u00e1n encontrarlas con mayor facilidad y ser testigo de su evoluci\u00f3n. Pero si hay algo que no me gusta del todo, es que muchas veces siento que son demasiado peque\u00f1as y que, para quedar bien, derechamente tengo que comerme dos. Es como si tres o cuatro mordiscos fueran suficientes para hacerlas desaparecer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, hace poco visit\u00e9 una hamburgueser\u00eda donde esto no ocurri\u00f3. Hablo de Mit Burger, una cadena con siete locales donde preparan unas tremendas smash que, adem\u00e1s de sabrosas y contundentes, no se sienten como un canap\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las prob\u00e9 en su nuevo local de las tambi\u00e9n reci\u00e9n estrenadas Terrazas San Crist\u00f3bal, flamante polo gastron\u00f3mico del barrio Bellavista que busca renovar el sector y que ofrece un atractivo y moderno espacio con bares y restaurantes para todos los gustos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En esa ocasi\u00f3n, mi elecci\u00f3n fue una brutal Oklahoma doble ($10.990) que, bien jugosa y rebosante de queso y salsa de la casa, no hizo m\u00e1s que hacerme gozar. Sobre todo considerando que la acompa\u00f1\u00e9 con una refrescante hazy IPA de LOA ($6.000) que viene perfecta para pasar esa rica y poco saludable grasita que tanto nos gusta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Definitivamente, un gran lugar para chanchear y saciar todos los antojos posibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Constituci\u00f3n 241, Providencia.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Soy realmente un fan\u00e1tico de las hamburguesas.
