Un entorno que alberga un particular lugar para disfrutar de una cerveza de la mayor calidad en un espacio donde se respira el amor por este brebaje.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me refiero al taproom de Alameda Beer Company, destacada cervecer\u00eda nacional que, de jueves a s\u00e1bado, abre su planta al p\u00fablico a trav\u00e9s de un animado beer garden donde ofrece decenas de estilos a precios insuperables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es, a mi juicio, lo m\u00e1s parecido al para\u00edso para los cerveceros. Aqu\u00ed es posible gozar de una cerveza top directamente desde la fuente, fresca y sin intermediarios. \u00bfLo mejor? Que las pintas o schops, de todas las variedades, salen a unos $3.500. Hermoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero eso no es todo. El lugar, aunque r\u00fastico, est\u00e1 muy bien presentado. Hay mesas de madera -tipo picnic- para grupos, y barriles que hacen de mesa alta para quienes prefieren estar de pie. M\u00fasica y luces ambientan un espacio que, de por s\u00ed, cuenta con una m\u00edstica especial. Hablamos de un gran galp\u00f3n donde se aprecian contenedores y fermentadores que nos acercan todav\u00eda m\u00e1s al mundo de la cerveza artesanal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los schops se compran en una barra y se pagan en el acto. No hay cuentas ni garzones, pues no es un bar ni tampoco un restaurant. Y, por lo mismo, no hay comida (aunque he visto que en algunos eventos especiales ofrecen completos). De todas formas, todo parece indicar que es posible ingresar uno que otro alimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aun as\u00ed, es un incre\u00edble lugar para los fan\u00e1ticos de la cerveza, sobre todo para aquellos que ven en este brebaje una oportunidad de conectar con los sentidos, mientras acompa\u00f1a encuentros y ricas tertulias. \u00a1Felicidad pura en formato de schop!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Juan Vicu\u00f1a 1446, Santiago.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No est\u00e1 en un barrio gastron\u00f3mico ni en una zona comercial, sino en una t\u00edpica, sencilla y residencial calle del centro de Santiago.
